When you shop with us, we hope you'll love your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you can return or exchange your item within 60 days of receiving your order through our Returns Portal.

Please include your order slip in the parcel, as this helps us process your return more quickly.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and with all original tags attached. Please return the item in the original shipping bag or other suitable protective packaging.

Return fee: EUR 7,95

The return fee will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.

Exchanges:
Exchanges for a different size are free of charge. We do not charge a return fee or shipping fee for sending the replacement item.

Please note that return labels through our Returns Portal are only available for customers returning from the following countries:

• Denmark
• Austria
• Belgium
• Germany
• Ireland
• Luxembourg
• Poland
• Sweden

If you are returning an order from any other country, you will need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping. Please send your parcel directly to the following address:

Please note: Returns must be sent directly to the address above. We are unable to collect parcels from parcel shops or pickup points. Returns sent to a parcel shop or any other location will not be accepted or processed.

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
