DELIVERY WITHIN EU

We ship with GLS to EU countries.

These countries include: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary and Austria.

For orders of at least € 200, we offer free delivery. The package is delivered to a GLS shop, if possible.

For orders up to € 199.99, delivery costs are € 18 regardless of the size and weight of the package.

We will pack and ship your HUNKØN order within 1-3 business days. When the package leaves the building, we will send you an email with the shipment confirmation and details. Packages within the EU are typically delivered within 1-10 days from the day you receive the shipment confirmation from us.

Orders are not sent on weekends and Danish holidays. Delays can occur during busy periods and public holidays.

NOTE: Hunkøn ApS can not be held responsible for any. delay with the shipping company or local circumstances.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

When you buy something from us, we hope you will love it. However, should you still regret your purchase, you can return within 14 days of receiving the package. Please include your order form in the package, it will speed up the processing time.

Should you need to return a product, you can send the package back to us. Please write why you have chosen to return the product, and enclose the delivery note in the package.

The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received them, with all tags still attatched.

Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the money back to your account. The amount is transferred to the credit card used at the time of purchase. This procedure is not negotiable as it prevents illegal use of a stolen credit card.

If you want to exchange your item for another product or size, please return your item as described and buy the new product separately

 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU

Deliveries to countries outside the EU are sent via GLS, Postnord or DHL.

We ship to the following contries.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Faroe Islands, Greece, Iceland, Japan, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland & USA.

If you can not find your country on the list, please contact us at hello@hunkon.com and we will do our best to get a package off to you.

For orders of at least € 270, we offer free delivery.

For orders up to € 269.99, delivery costs are € 34 regardless of the size and weight of the package.

Please note that local taxes may apply when importing. Always check with your local authorities before purchase. Hunkøn is not responsible for any additional charges this may have.
